Schlafmeile Hostel

Schlafmeile is a New Zealander run hostel which has been on the Berlin scene since 2005 and has been growing in popularity ever since. It's quite traditional in approach, offering basic but comfortable dorms sleeping five, six or eight, and private rooms which sleep ten. A massive lounge ensures guests have a chance to mingle and make new friends, while the well-equipped kitchen is handy if you've just been to the nearby supermarket and want to cook up a storm. It's easy to get around Berlin with Schlafmeile as your starting point, as there is easy access to public transport. And, of course, staff will be happy to organise cycle rental, walking tours, or anything else you could dream of.
