RAW Tempel

Central to the philosophy of RAW Tempel are culture and community. It always has many projects on the go, all of which of priced well within the range of ordinary families or travellers who have been giving the credit card a hammering. It is big on art, and performance, and often offers classes and one-off sessions in painting, circus skills, dance and acting. More practical workshops are available in photography, or at the heavier end there is metalwork and woodwork. There are always exhibitions and performances taking place, and there's a children's circus with a regular programme of events. Perfect if you feel a little too much like a tourist and want to see the cultural life of everyday Berlin in action.
