Haute History

Berlin's top leather fashion designer recently unveiled his newest collection. This season, Daniel Rodan has drawn inspiration from one of his city's most iconic monuments - the Berlin Wall, in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of its fall in November 1989.

His newest avant-garde designs have drawn directly from the art of the East Side Gallery, a part of the wall that has remained standing as a memorial and showcase of the paintings and graffiti art that have decorated its surfaces since 1990.

Rodan's dresses, menswear, and accessories will be worn by German celebrities until November, when the pieces will be sold at auction for charity.
