If there’s one thing the culinary department of the Felix ClubRestaurant is not lacking, it's pedigree. Head chef, Florian Glauert cut his teeth in top restaurants in Barcelona and New York so his credentials aren’t to be sniffed at. Not that extraordinary North Italian cuisine is the only draw here. The ultra stylish interior of Felix is especially designed to fulfil the role, not just of a restaurant, but of a nightlife venue too - which is why on any given night you could find a top jazz band performing or an international DJ behind the decks.
