This is a real Berliners' favourite. The food is mostly of an Alsation bent, so expect sausage and sauerkraut aplenty and lots more besides. The dishes are beautifully cooked and very very large, and the atmosphere is usually busy and friendly - helped no end by the large communal benches that invariably assist in inter-group mingling, regardless of who your neighbours are. Storch's excellent reputation means that you would be very wise to book in advance, and don't forget to bring plenty of Euros with you because at last count credit cards were not accepted. | |
