Those parameters are basically about the ingredients - only fesh, seasonal, organic and vegan; for Maja's is a rarity in Berlin, as a vegan take away and catering outlet. The kitchens can prepare hot or cold meals, from full on banquets to simple snacks. If you've a party to cater for and want to make sure that everything is suitable for everyone, that's fine too. In fact, Maja's boast that they will take on anything within reason, and are glad to feed from two to 500 people. We believe them.
