There's a little Californian mixed in too with this predominantly Mexican palace of culinary fun. They really do not take themselves too seriously, announcing that their sole mission in life is to save hungry Berliners from endless kebabs and other fast food. It's certainly a healthy option, using no animal fats, fresh produce and no additives, with dishes prepared in house - so there's nothing shipped in from elsewhere. Dolores' aims to use as many biodegradable packages and cleaning products as possibe. And, as it regularly gets involved with the cultural life of Berlin, its friendly to the arts as well as to the customers and the environment.
