We all expect to be told exactly what is in the food we eat these days. But Facil goes one step further, and tells customers exactly who is preparing it for them.
As a matter of course, this restaurant based on the fifth floor of the Mandala Hotel provides a potted history of its head chef. Michael Kempf, who has yet some time to go until he reaches 40, has been cooking since he was a child, and jumped at the chance to work at Facil.
It's a Michelin-starred establishment that's stunning to look at - just like the view into the heavens through the glass roof on a starry night. |
