Weekend Club

The Weekend is arguably Berlin's hippest house and techno club, and with its high-flying location on the 13th floor of a Soviet block on Alexanderplatz it's easy to see why. The outside might not be much to look at, but the inside is all geometric lines and minimal chic with fantastic views out over Berlin - perfect for seeing the sunrise in. As for the sounds, they are served up by acclaimed decknicians from around the world - you can even catch the mighty Tiefschwarz here on a regular basis. Dirty sounds, wild times, a night at the Weekend Club is rarely a dead duck.

What a terrible night!! I have been living in Berlin for over a year now but I came to this place with my cousin because he was visiting from the USA and it was a Thursday night. First off all, what a sausage fest! 3 securities in the door and somehow there 70% were males in there. We order some drinks and the guy charged me 8 euros for each vodka...I thought it was insane but wth... I came later to get another drink and a different barman charges me 3 euros for the same drink!. So I talk to the people in the bar and complain but they basically tell me to fuck off. I then ask to speak to the manager and I explain everything to him, in German, and the guy just turns around and basically tells me to fuck off yet AGAIN. I dropped the manners and told him what kind of asshole runs a business this way, I am 27, not a kid with no money...Anyway I left the place, I'll never come back obviously. Btw the music, total crap, the DJ kept dropping the music.

we went to gmf on a sunday night 12-5am monday, had a great night, 12th floor cheesy pop with tranny dj, but on the 15th floor it was amazinggg danced all night. cannot wait to go back in the summer and party my ass off in the roof terrace!

if u enter at week end, prepare u to spend a wonderful night in the best minimal techno club in berlin : 2 nice floors surrounded by windows giving on alex, terrasse on the roof, nice music, nice people, just what is needed !

night in this club is like a wonderful journey into the world of perfect house music..definitely perfect partypeople all around you..hope to visit Berlin again very soon..keep going..

By far the best club in Berlin to dance to wicked beats until the sun comes up in the morning - and sex in the bathroom cabins made it even more memorable.

already going for 24hrs new years eve couldnt miss richie hawtin new years day and it was very worth every minute of it. what an amazing club. and whoever was playing upstairs on the 15th floor, top marks

Amazing venue. Went on a Thurs and was very busy for Tobi Neumann though suprised at how nearly 50% of crowd were tourists. Still a good night and good crowd.

We wer'nt planning on going to weekend but i'm glad we did .... HEAVY . Not the best night i've been to but
best venue hands down . Well worth checking out !!!!
