Germany is famous for its beer, and although you're not in the heart of Bavaria here in Berlin that doesn't mean you can't sample a decent drop. The Marcus Brau pub serves up some excellent home-brewed beers as well as their own home-made schnapps. You can order by the glass and the metre, or why not go all out and order a 5 litre vessel? Opt for the latter and your waitress will bring over a vast glass jar and place it in the middle of your table - it has a tap at the bottom so that you can have fun pouring your own pints!
