Dr Pong

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best. For example, put a ping pong table in a big room (don't worry too much about the decor), lay on some beer and hire out the bats to anyone who fancies a game. Which, in a nutshell, is Dr Pong. It's pretty fast-paced if you're playing, but unless you're pretty good at this game don't expect to play for too long - it's winner stays on and all-comers are welcome. Strangely addictive fun for the spectators too, of which there are usually a great many. Basically, a youth club where you don't have to hide your alcohol in a lemonade bottle.
