If the name was a fraction too subtle for you, perhaps the photos of American presidents, the huge Statue of Liberty model and a bar nearly as long as Manhattan will help you get the picture. On the groundfloor of the Grand Hotel Esplanade, Harry's New York Bar has been offering Berliners a not so little slice of the Big Apple for as long as most of us can remember - since 1988 to be precise! It's popularity has not waned, and over 200 brands of spirit and regular piano performances means its not just hotel patrons who rock up for a Martini.
