One of the many bars opening in Berlin that is aiming at the high-end cocktail market, Riva really does manage to hit the target. It is a very quiet venue most weekdays, but at the weekends it begins to fill up as guests head for the bar to sample the mojitos that have been at least partly responsible for earning the place its reputation. The lights are kept low, perhaps to offset the bright, simplistic but stylish blocks of colour that make up the decor. Leather benches and comfortable bar stools make this venue ideal for relaxing with your favourite tipple and admiring the rest of the chic clientele who regularly drop by for a drink.
