Frannz

The year was 1997, and a cult club established in Berlin for almost 30 years was dying. That summer, thousands of music fans and regulars from the early days of the club turned out to hear live bands, and to celebrate a 'requiem' concert as their favourite venue finally closed its doors. That was then, this is now, and the venue has been reborn as Frannz in fashionable Prenzlauer. It is a bar, restaurant and club that has lost none of its former charm or magnetism, only updating itself to add a modern elegance and a dash of je ne sais quoi.
