Puppentheater

|
What began life as a mobile musuem of puppetry way back in 1986 now has a permanent home in Berlin.
Inside, there is a regularly refreshed exhibtion of puppets and marionettes from around the world, showing how this unique theatrical art form has developed and changed across cultures and ages.
Of course, no such institution would be complete without performances, and there are frequent showings of puppet plays which are bound to entertain young visitors. Older enthusiasts can take part in workshops and readings, organised by the museum staff. |
