Brohan Museum

|
From permanent collections to special exhibitions, the Bröhan Museum is one of most prominent collections of Art Nouveau and Functionalism in art for the 50 years between 1889-1939.
The museum gives a fair showing to German Art Nouveau, but does not ignore the contributions from other parts of the world, especially Europe.
The Bröhan has a very modern approach to curating art, arranging artefacts including furniture, glassware, paintings, ceramics and metalware, in cogent ensembles to help the visitor get the best from their experience. It has also been carefully balanced to ensure each form is given equal and balanced prominence within the overall collection. |
